Privacy Policy

BytesnCables Scheduler is a private business operations application operated by BytesnCables LLC. It helps authorized BytesnCables staff schedule work, manage customers and jobs, and use connected business tools.

Depending on how the Scheduler is used, we may process:

• Account and authentication information, such as sign-in email and role.
• Customer and contact information, including names, emails, and phone numbers.
• Jobs, sites, schedules, and technician operational data used to plan and perform field work.
• Google Calendar data when a calendar account is connected.
• Hostinger email and work-order information used to ingest and review scheduling requests.
• QuickBooks Online data when a QuickBooks company is connected.
• Invoice and accounting information used for authorized workflows, including planned invoice or accounting features.
• Application, security, and logging information needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.

Integrations are authorized by the user or business. Google Calendar, Hostinger Email, and QuickBooks Online are connected only after an authorized person grants access.

When you connect QuickBooks Online, BytesnCables Scheduler uses Intuit OAuth to obtain authorized access. QuickBooks credentials and OAuth tokens are handled on the server, and sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest. QuickBooks-derived information such as company identity and customer records is used only to provide the requested business and accounting functionality, including customer matching, linking, and future authorized invoice or accounting workflows.

BytesnCables Scheduler does not use QuickBooks customer data to train its own generative AI models.

Accounting-impacting AI recommendations are intended to be reviewed and approved by an authorized user before they are submitted to QuickBooks.

We use this information to operate BytesnCables Scheduler: authenticate users, schedule jobs, review work orders, maintain customer records, and provide authorized accounting-related features. We do not use QuickBooks data for unrelated advertising.

BytesnCables LLC does not sell personal or business data.

Data may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the application, such as hosting, database, email, calendar, and accounting platforms. Those providers process data according to their own terms and our configuration of their services.

We use reasonable security measures appropriate for a private operations application, including access controls, encrypted transport where provided by the platform, and encryption of sensitive OAuth tokens at rest. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we do not claim absolute security or independent certifications such as SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, or GDPR certification.

You can disconnect integrations from the Scheduler. Disconnecting QuickBooks stops future Scheduler access to QuickBooks. It does not delete records already present in QuickBooks.

Scheduler-held operational records are generally retained for as long as they are needed to run the business, maintain history, or meet legal and accounting obligations. If an authorized user asks us to delete Scheduler-held personal data, we will review the request and delete or de-identify information where we reasonably can. Backup copies and records we must keep for operational or legal reasons may persist for a limited additional period. Disconnecting an integration does not delete data already stored in that third-party system.
